Technique:

  1. Stamp Oak Ash & Thorne image on the silver side of a CD in permanent ink.

  2. Soften a cutting line with a heat gun; cut the CD into desired size and shape.

  3. Melt clear UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel) in Melting Pot; mix additional dry clear UTEE with a few drops of Butterscotch dye ink. When mixed thoroughly, add to UTEE already in pot. Cover with lid and heat to melt.

  4. Heat piece of CD again and punch three holes along edge with handheld punch.

  5. Holding CD piece with tweezers, dip into melted UTEE, allow to drip and then cool on craft sheet.

  6. With a large needle, open holes previously punched. Thread wire and loop as embellishment on the piece.

  7. Adhere decorative 'gem' in center of woman's forehead.

  8. With dimensional adhesive, add colored micro beads at desired places on piece.

  9. Once all pieces are completely dry and set, adhere glue dots to the back of the finished CD piece and apply to the front of the bottle.

  10. Wrap wire around neck of bottle.

  11. Mix complementary shade of dye ink or food coloring with water to fill bottle.

  12. Cork the bottle.
