Julie used the "bargello" card technique. She stamped the background with
Wee Jester, Stick Mask and Mardi Gras beads in coordinating colors. Then
she stamped the Feather Mask, painted it with Pearl-Ex Powdered
Pigment and embossed with clear embossing powder. Finally, she punched two
1/8" holes in the spine of the card and embellished with fibers.
